Tuve una caída está semana en Murillo Tolima. Recibí el golpe contra el piso en el lado izquierdo del casco y se fracturó en la parte trasera. Osea que absorbió el golpe de manera adecuada. Solo quedé un poco confundido pero reaccioné rapidito. Les agradezco a los fabricantes. El casco cumplió su función. La semana entrante voy por el otro....

formato se encaixa perfeitamente, capacete muito bonito e ainda tem a cordinha que prende no pescoço sendo refletiva. Só estou esperando sair outras cores para comprar um segundo capacete do mesmo.

Compre este casco en una oferta que hizo Specialized a un precio genial. Ya solo con eso…. Specialized y precio genial vislumbraba éxito seguro. Me llegó el paquete y tarde 10 segundos en coger la bici y salir a probar si estaba a gusto con el. Ruta de casi 3 horas y ni me volví a acordar del casco en toda la ruta, y eso es cojonudo porque quiere decir que molestias cero y encima por los Selfies que me hice ….. el casco es muy Txulo. Este comentario puede ser un tendencioso porque yo soy un Fanboy de Specialized…. Me gusta todo 👍

Great helmet. I like the looks and the fit and it has the MIPS system. I’ve had a wreck wearing one of these helmets and my head hit the pavement hard at 18mph. I didn’t feel a thing.
3 ocaciones en las que me caí, impactando bastante fuerte con la cabeza y no me paso absolutamente nada. La últimas dos veces que me caí me rompí las dos clavículas (una en cada caída), el casco se fracturo de un lado y continúe usándolo (no se recomienda usar si ya está fracturado) hasta que hace unos días se fracturó del otro con la otra caída. Ya lo retiré pero el impacto con la cabeza en ambas caídas fue demasiado fuerte y no perdí conciencia ni sufrí ningún tipo de contusión. Sin duda mi casco favorito en cuanto a estética y seguridad. Ya lo ando comprando por tercera vez. No estaría escribiendo esta reseña si no lo usara cada vez que ruedo.

Me gusta mucho la ventilación que tiene el casco, se nota la ingeniería que hay detrás del diseño. Cambié a un casco de esta gama y es un poco más pesado de lo esperado sin embargo no deja de ser liviano, creería yo que antes tenía un casco muy básico.
This is my new favorite helmet. I want to wear it every ride. The size large was a little too large so I exchanged it for a medium and now it fits perfectly. Every helmet is different.
En lo a mi respecta, puedo decir que me salvó la vida. Desgraciadamente lo probé en una caída muy fuerte. El casco resistió y no tuve más que peladuras en la cabeza por el mismo roce de su interior. Debo agradecer lo bien que favoreció su seguridad que ofreció. Lo renovaré por el mismo..solo cambiaré de color. Execelente su calidad.
Love this helmet! The only brand I'll buy b/c it fits perfectly. Adjusts with ease. This is the 3rd Specialized helmet I've bought. I have one at my house & one at a friend's. Bought the 3rd b/c one was damaged in a bike accident.
No início deste ano (2023), durante o treino, uma carreta me pegou no acostamento da rodovia. Quase perdi meu braço, o impacto foi tão grande que meu capacete ficou todo destruído, mas não tive lesão na cabeça e não senti nenhuma dor. Resumindo, estou vivo por Deus e o capacete cumpriu com êxito sua função. Vou adquirir outro!
I was never a person to wear a helmet, but as I am riding more and more and leaves, pine cones etc. are appearing I do not want to take the chance of taking a spill and hitting my head. So I found this helmet the was light, stylish and extremely comfortable. So much in fact the I bought two! Loved the color choices.
This helmet this so much quieter than my last one. Not to mention the ventilation is outstanding. Glad I took a chance on this product. It's also a lot lighter.

I have a medium sized head that's around 57cm, when I tried this, it looked great but the issue I realized is that I was having pressure around the side of the my head, so it didn't fit well for me, I ended up returning it due to this, otherwise it's a great helmet.
Fits perfectly and vents work well to keep my head cool
The helmet is very adjustable. I have a small, narrow head and most helmets have way too much room on the sides. It is easy to find a helmet that is not for narrow/oval heads, but very hard to find one that is a narrow width. This one fits where no other helmets have so far, including other Specialized helmets I've tried in the same size. The height and circumference adjustments are very nice. The helmet feels very well padded. The only improvement I would have liked to see is a lower weight - the small I got is 303.3 grams.

I am now on my second one. I had my first one for about 11 miles. Lost control and went over the bars. Landed on my back and slammed my head on the ground. Ended up with 5 stitches and a black eye. Split the helmet in half. It saved me. So happy that I had a quality helmet on. Thanks for doing a great job with the design.
Fantastic helmet has already saved my life as I was cut off at around-about the first day I wore it, landed on the side of my head. Very little damage to the helmet. Just a couple of dents didn’t even take the paint off. Shoulder is still giving me trouble but I am riding again after 2 weeks off and a bit of acupuncture.
I'm really happy with this helmet. At its price point, ventilation is far better than my previous fairly entry-level helmet, and it definitely feels light enough. The inclusion of MIPS for added protection was also something I was looking for, and this definitely fits the bill. I'd recommend this helmet.

Ich muss doch hier eine Bewertung nachträglich abgeben. Dieser Helm, Echelon II, hat mir im Herbst 2022 bei einem Unfall mit Pkw mein Leben gerettet! Ich fuhr eine Hauptstraße ca. 28 km/h, als ich von einem Pkw, kommend von einer Nebenstraße, senkrecht, seitlich zu meiner Fahrachse erfasst worden und in die Luft geschleudert bin. Ich fiel auf Kopf und war kurz ohne Bewusstsein – das war alles! Später erst zu Hause bemerkte ich, dass die Helme am Hinterkopf fünffacher Bruch hatten. Der Unfalldruck am Hinterkopf war so groß, dass er wurde bis an den Vorderkopf der Helme (im Mitte-Stirnbereichs) abgeleitet und ließ hier auch einen Bruch. Ein neuer Kauf dieser Helme war für mich unvermeidlich, ich trage sie mit Stolz, mit einem Gefühl der vollsten Sicherheit, sie sitzt perfekt und hat auch eine schöne Form. Danke an das Spezialized!

My head shape is a long oval. I was able to find a very comfortable fit within the adjustment range of the Echelon 2. Some say this helmet is a few grams heavier than it needs to be. I say it weighs several grams less than other helmets in the same price range. The ventilation is great in the warmer months. I’m very happy with my purchase.

Great training helmet. It fit narrower than my other Specialized helmets so I went up a size.
The installation instructions for the ANGI crash sensor omit the absolutely crucial step of removing the ANGI label from the helmet before installing the sensor. Skipping this step renders the sensor useless. Because the adhesive for the sensor is permanent and not replaceable, if you make this mistake like I did you have no choice but to purchase a whole new $50 sensor unit.

While heavy the helmet would be fine if it were not for the the TriFix straps. They are fixed into a set Y shape so you can adjust the amount of strap that fits in front of or behind your eyes. For me this mean that the strap behind my ears are saggy and I had to fold back and tack the the strap until the excess is removed. A totally terrible design and, as such, the helmet is not fit for purpose other than for the head that modelled the design.

Después de comparar los cascos de su categoría opte por probar echelon II y resulto ser una gran elección pensando en la tecnología que ofrece y el precio competitivo que tiene, bien podría competir con cascos de gamas mas altas en otras marcas si no fuera por el peso que tiene, pero la calidad de materiales y diseño dejan muy satisfecho la verdad.. espero no tener que probar su resistencia

Sleek and comfortable. My head is still intact so that's a bonus. It feels a bit heavier/bulkier than the prevail 2 that my buddy has, but I attribute that to safety. It's by no means too heavy or too bulky. It has that Goldie Locks feel -- just right -- between safety and comfort
it hasn't gotten hot here yet, so don't know about the ventilation and that's the most important part, besides protecting the noggin! ;) but it's light and love the reflective straps; would give it five stars if it had more reflectivity on the helmet shell. maybe add some adhesive reflective tape that we could apply ourselves?

I recently had a nasty gravel bike accident while descending downhill at 30 MPH in rural Virginia. During the crash, the front of my head hit the gravel road, splitting my Echelon II down the middle and saving me from severe head trauma. I'm writing this review while ordering the same helmet. Let's hope I don't have the opportunity to try out its crashworthiness again!

The helmet is fine to wear, but I've noticed over the past months that the plastic clear coating over my white helmet is peeling away in small flecks. Bad for the environment and an indication of poor quality.
Comfortable helmet with plenty of ventilation. Really like the straps as they do not rub/scratch. I bought this to try with the angi crash detection pod.

This was a replacement for the same model I purchased from 2016. These helmets are extremely light, so much so I’ve walked around forgetting to take it off. The new version however runs a bit smaller: the strap is not as long, it fits a tad smaller on the head so I had to pull out the adjuster about 3 clicks for a good fit. If you wore a medium consider moving up to a large especially if you wear a lot of winter gear on your head.

Onlangs zwaar gecrasht en de helm op 3 plaatsen gebroken. Maar door het MIPS systeem geen last aan het hoofd. Prijs kwaliteit zeker een aanrader!
