The perfect apparel for the perfect ride, that's what our Prime apparel is all about. The best fabrics, constructions, and technologies go into these pieces, and the Men's Prime Bib Shorts are no exception.
Starting with the uppers, the open suspender design keeps the bibs right where you want them, without constricting any upper body movements. The suspender fabric is also extremely soft and plush, eliminating any shoulder discomfort or irritation.
The pre-molded, triple-density foam Body Geometry Contour 3D Chamois is contoured to perfectly match the curvature of your body, all while being soft and supportive in all the right places.
With the Prime Bib Shorts, you're sure to embrace the "chamois time is training time" motto as they're so comfortable, you won't want to take them off.
I bought these bibs because I have 2 other earlier, lesser Specialized bibs that fit perfectly in the nether regions (better than my Pearls). The new ones (same size) fit just as well down below but the shoulder straps are too tight (5'11", 190 lbs - L) - will have to have extensions sewn in - otherwise great material, comfy chamois.

Very comfortable, 8/10 on the chamois, not the best I've ever used but very good. The suspenders are some of the most comfortable I've used. Would recommend for longer rides.

Good bib shorts with high end comfortable pad. Only issue is they ride high in waist and are difficult for bathroom break.

I read the reviews before buying these bibs and thought surely I could figure out how to put these on with the cross straps....well...it took a couple of times and I got it. Specialized, tell us why your team decided to do this. Also, the S logo in on the back right side and not on the front...or maybe I had them on backwards...LOL...they are comfortable and nice and the chamois is great. The straps are why I don't give them a 5 and my Rapha are just a tad better. But worth the $$

Love these bibs, despite the slightly odd fitting crossover strapping in the back, which was the cause of 4 stars vs 5. Very comfy fabric but still great compression and great fitting chamois. Looking forward to getting more colors when my size is available.

This bib runs small so advised of that! Why did Specialized cross the straps in the back. Now you have to make sure the straps are straight and correct! Who is designing this riding gear?? The material is nice but the overall design is not well suited for bike riders. For the price, the specialized design team could have produced something much better! Specialized could have put a nice reflective S on the legs and back! Too bad! Who decided colors, expresso, and green. If you need help with design let me know! I say shop around for something you really like to wear on a ride! It’s time Specialized gets back to racing!!!
These would be perfect if they had a laser gripper instead of the tight band. It’s forgiving enough as is though and will work. Chamois feels good

I will be throwing out a few bibs and buying a couple more of these after using one. The feel is fantastic.
The Quality is exceptional, you definitely can feel the difference between a good bib shorts and this one

Truly an amazing bib for the price. The material is soft and conforms to your body really well. The shammie is nice and short so it does not extend towards the front which makes a huge difference when you're in the drops. Paid more for Rapha Cargo bibs and got a lot less out of those bibs.
Great fit and really comfortable

I love these bibs. When I first touched them it was just "wow" just from the touch & feel from the material. And the price point is (especially for Specialized) very attractive. Love also the colors (dark green, espresso) which looks decent compared to the bulk of black bibs out there. The pad is the most comfortable I ever had. I often had the issue with bibs that the pad was not comfortable and I like the subtle nature of this pad which makes you feel very good even walking. I recommended this bib already to many others.
Felt good in the store. But after riding only 15 miles these are much tighter than my large size giro and LG bibs. Also sham cutting in so uncomfortable. Is there a way to exchange for something else?
Runs tight which is something you're looking for then good! However the fit is weird I am a M but I have a little belly lol and my rolls stick out on the side..... so I'd say if you're skinny fat this might feel weird after a long ride bcus of the fabric or if you care about how you look. Other than that performance is good
Great fit.

These are my go-to road cycling bibs now. My brother recommended I try them and I'm not looking back. The chamois in these is my favorite so far of all my shorts or bibs. Have now ordered a second pair. The material feels great and I've gotten a bit selective after using them towards my others. I highly recommmend these bibs.
The chamois and the feel of the material are very supple and excellent and the fit is slim so keep that in mind for sizing, I wear an XL in everything and the slim fit of the prime bibs aren't an issue. However due to the material of the bibs I unfortunately have ware where the chamois is at after one ride. Because the material is so fine my saddle roughed up my bibs. I ride on a Brooks C17 saddle and after I noticed it on my 3 pairs of bibs I smoothed out the rough spots on my saddle where the canvas meets the rubber and it did help a little. I have 4 pairs of the prime bibs and I managed to minimize ware on one,but there is still ware. I don't have this problem on my other non prime bibs, but that's because the material isn't as fine. So just be aware. It's tough for me to recommend these bibs because one may experience what happened to me. I can only give 3 stars overall due to durability.
