unable to remove tire to fix flat

It's an OK tire and holds pressure very well. I only need to add air every 2 weeks or so. It however has a very big flaw in that it is extremely hard to remove to fix puncture or simply to rotate to get more life out of the pair. I was unable to remove it to fix the flat so had to put the wheel back on and walk it home 2 miles. Only by putting it on a vice was I able to remove it. I figured it was only b/c it was the first time but unfortunately not the case as it happened again. Have fixed dozens and dozens of flats but this tire will leave you stranded.

Great fast rolling tyre with

Great fast rolling tyre with tread. I run the 700x47mm on my gravel bike. Only gripe is that the rear wore out really quickly and then I started to get a lot of flats

VG Handling and Durable

I am 750 miles in on my Vado 3 with these tires on it. We ride mostly hilly paved country roads and some gravel. These tires hold well on all tried surfaces and there is no sign of wear yet. They are quiet and have endured some pretty jolting road conditions.

not very impressive

Purchased a Vado turbo 3.0 for commuting/light gravel and these tires came with it. Even though I had the shop install a liner in the tire, however cheaply made it was, I still got a flat on the very first ride. Upon inspection of the tire, the thorn was about 3-4mm long but easily went through the center. The side walls might as well be non-existent because they offer no real support. Having said all this, they performed fairly well on most surfaces but if your riding in the desert and the tires cant get past the first thorn on the road they gotta go. I will be replacing them possibly with Michelin Stargrips and tuffy liners.
