Specialized offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all products purchased from our online webstore at
www.specialized.com. The following are the procedures and details on how to make a return or exchange:
Returns
If you are not satisfied with any item (s), received, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.
Changes
We will gladly process an exchange for any item that is returned in its original condition and is in the original packaging within 30 days of receipt. Items can only be exchanged for other sizes and / or colors of the same item. Price differences cannot be accommodated. Changes will be processed within five business days of receipt of the original item. Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the consumer. Specialized will cover the shipping costs for replacement items. All changes will be sent via TCC in 3-5 days.

How
There is a return / exchange form that came included in the packaging of your shipment. Please read that form, fill it out completely with as much detail as possible, and include it in the package to be returned. If a returned item is defective, please describe the defect and its location on the form as well.
