This vest is perfect for me: its simple, comfortable, and reasonably priced. The XXL is a perfect fit for me (I’m 6’ 6”, 235 with long arms).

I really like Specialized gear. They design really nice stuff at somewhat affordable prices. This is a well made vest. It keeps you warm and vents heat out back. However, it flaps in the wind in the aero position. It gets very annoying and loud with the nylon flapping near your ear. When you’re down in the aero position trying to create a more slipstream position, say, during windy days, air gets in around the arm holes which causes the flapping. It’s properly sized because it fits tight but not race skin tight. I tried everything from pulling it down as it tends to ride up a little. I believe it all comes down to the lack of elastic in the arm holes. It just doesn’t hug your arm enough. In the aero position, I pinched my one arm hole tight and the noise went away. If you’re a slim/med build, you may find this vest very irritating. I’m a 5’-6”/155lbs male w/ athletic build - aero road bike/slammed stem - size medium in everything, small would be too tight.

Nice gilet. I usually wear non-cycling clothing in S and cycling clothing in M, as I do not light it too tight. This gilet in M fits great!

Wind vest at felt like it was just an extra gear, but as I got to use it in windy / rainy days and whoa the vest indeed did its job. No regrets at all!

This Gilet is position #1 in my toolbox for So Cal layering. It stops the wind wonderfully on cool days, teams well with medium thickness thermal long sleeve jerseys and is just a work horse. For the price that Specialized usually sells this for, it's an absolute no brainer. Sometimes I wish it had a back pocket, but that's being picky. Unlike most Specialized items, I'd say this fits true to size if not a bit small.

I’m 5’10 160lbs. I bought a Medium. I tried it on with just a t-shirt underneath and it was so tight it felt like a girdle. I could barely zip it up. Based on that I feel like I should buy an XL which is a bizarre size for me. I’m baffled at what size would work for me so I’ll probably just return it and get nothing.

Fits good and really helps staying warm when the temperatures are in the 50s.

Perfect for chilly rides and rides where you know it will warm up and this vest is easily stowed in a pocket.

Buen producto, se ajusta bien a la talla indicada y es muy liviano así como práctico. Sería genial si hubiese traido en espalda un compartimiento, no obstante, cumple con las expectativas de lo ofrecido.

Good quality and nice design. Tried to follow the same size pattern as the jerseys sold by Specialized but it did not work, although tag indicates same slim <-> relaxed description. This one is true to its size, bought a XL and should have bought a L.

Super light weight and great fitting. The high collar works great.

Runs tight. I wear a small in everything but this was tight in the shoulders and chest area. I picked up a medium instead. It's light and works well. I love the dual zip. It makes getting to my rear pockets much easier.

This excellent vest is exactly as described. It packs smaller than my fist, blocks the chill winds, 2 way zipper to manage temperature. To top it off it is backed by excellent customer service.
