Inconsistent sizing

I am normally a 43.5 EU / 9.5 US in cycling shoes. The 44 EU / 10.6 US Roost shoes were way too small, I went up to a 45 EU / 11.5 US and they were way too big. Had to return both pairs.

Runs Extremely Small

I got a 49cm shoe, and when comparing it to my current 49 shoes, they are visually completely different sizes, about an inch shorter. The toe box of this shoe is also not remotely foot shaped.

Sticky to the pedal - Run small - size up if you can

I wear a size 13-14 US size. I bought the biggest size - 49. They juuuust fit. They're a little tight in the toe but Im a hoping they stretch as I ride them more. The grip on my Race Face Chester pedals is pretty intense. It almost feels like you're clipped in. Takes a bit of shimmying to get your foot in the right position on the pedal, cause they're so sticky.

I want to love them, but...

1. These run 1.5 sizes too small, so definitely order a bigger size. I like a snug fit, but had to return the 1st pair because I couldn't get my foot inside. I ordered the next size up, and they're snug. 2. I love the look (black/gum)... (totally subjective) 3. The sole is stiff... which is my preference. 4. They are grippy no doubt... love that. 5. I do question the durability of the rubber. The retailer quickly help me with the 1st pair that failed. Sounds like I received a defective shoe. If they last, (IF) I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a stuff, grippy, supportive, casual cycling shoe. Just know they run 1.5 sizes too small.

Great shoes - size up

Soles are grippy but the length runs a little small and there’s not a lot of room in the toe box. My arthritic joint is suffering as a result… Size up and they should be fine. They look sharp and get a lot of compliments from the middle aged men and women in the office.

Great

These are my fav. Mtb shoes grippy and stylish. Size 44.5 - 11us, with a dirty normal to narrow foot.

Not So Great

First of all the sizing is waaay off. I ended up having to go a size and a half larger than what I normally wear (based on their size chart) to get the right fit. I like the casual look but after a few rides I've notice a couple of weird things. The sole is very thick, close to platform territory. I had to raise my seatpost to compensate. They are very stiff, which may be desirable to some riders, but I've noticed that my feet tend to hurt after riding in them. All in all these were a bit of a let down.

Definitely go a size or two up for toe room!!!

The shoes are are so darn grippy it's amazing. The sole is very nice and stiffly supportive, the style is awesome! They ride amazing, but buy a size bigger for toe room. Runs small, I bought this from my local specialized dealer and so I was able to fit them there. Good shoes

Too small, go a size up

They are a great shoe but had to sell the first pair I got and went a size up and they fit great and have great grip and great look, they just seem to unglue quite easy from the front of the sole now that I have used them for about 4 months

Too narrow

I wear a size 14. I bought the 49. Very tight on my feet. Wore them around the house for a bit. Had to take them off. The bottom of the seems like it would work great on flats.

Too narrow

I wanted to like these but they are so narrow. They were too uncomfortable to even stand in. I even tried the next size up. There is no way I could bike in them. Had to return both pairs

Too narrow

Shoe looks great but is way too narrow for me. Would say I have regular width feet. Felt like I was stepping off the side of the shoe's bottom and onto the fabric side of the shoe itself, so I will be unfortunately returning these.
