Introducing The Jett

Kids move fast, and grow faster. At times, it can seem like there’s a small window for the perfect bike fit. The right bike for a young rider is a delicate balance between too small, too big, and a short-lived just right. If we’re going to inspire the next generation of riders, we need to keep kids comfortably riding longer.

The Jett is designed so that you’ll never fear the growth spurts. We did our homework to understand how kids grow—spoiler alert, kids’ arms and legs grow more rapidly than their torso. We took to the books and designed a bike with child-specific touch points that withstand the development of young riders. The Jett is uniquely adjustable, perfectly proportional, and child-liftable—they’ll always be set to Jett.

The Jett Multispeed features an adjustable handlebar that allows kids to fine tune reach as their arms grow. The 2-hole position cranks combined with longer seat tubes give plenty of flexibility to dial-in the optimal pedaling position. And whats more, we designed the frame and reviewed every component to make the Jett one of the lightest bikes on the market. You’re going to have to beg them to get off this bike.

  • We designed the Jett Multispeed to be uniquely adjustable with 2-hole position cranks, adjustable handlebars, and longer seatposts so kids can dial-in the perfect riding position as they grow.

  • Every detail of the Jett Multispeed—including the 130mm Bridge saddle, narrower-diameter grips, and short-reach, tool-less adjustable brake levers—was informed by Retül data from a kids’ research group to be perfectly proportional for young riders.

  • A lightweight bike is simply more fun and the Jett Multispeed’s all-new A1 aluminum frame, alloy fork, Pathfinder tires, and 7-speed drivetrain make it one of the lightest kids’ bikes on the market.

Great bike

I have a 46” tall 5 year old who came from a Woom 2. This bike feels a lot bigger to him and he lost a little confidence. I probably should have gotten him a 16” but we really needed it to last a while.. We haven’t started learning shifting yet, but he is fasttttt. Great bike with great components. My only complaint is I tried to put one of my old water cages on and it didn’t fit..

They couldn't have made the pedal thread covers tighter

They give you every tool you need to assemble the bike except for a 6mm hex to remove the thread covers for the adjustable pedals, which makes no sense. Luckily I had one but I had to use a lot of force to remove the right pedal thread covers. The left one I couldn't get off and wound up damaging the thread. Now I have to take it to a bike shop. So much for easy set-up! Plus as many people have noted the color is off. It's not orange like the photos but more of a peach, which is less annoying I guess.

Great bike, but gear shift is difficult for younger kids

I bought this bike for my 5 year old, and he loves it! The 7 speed gear shift is a bit difficult for him to click through (have to press really hard) while riding, so he's usually changing gears while he's stopped, which kind of defeats the point of gears. Other than that, he loves the bold blue color and the bike is easy to ride for him.

"Blaze" is off

Agreeing with the prior comment that the Blaze color came in as more of a peach vs bright orange as pictured. Regardless, our 8 year old son loves this bike. This is his first bike with gear shifts--it was easy for him to pick-up. I do wish the color was more accurate though.

Different color than online pictures

It looks like an intense, bright orange in the pictures. In reality it is like a soft peach…pink(ish) color.

“Blaze” color seems off

Bike seems great (haven’t actually given it to the kiddo ride yet), but the “Blaze” color seems way off compared to the online pic. Mine is much more of a peach color than orange. Kind of bummed about that.

Fantastic First Pedal Bike

We picked up the 16" for our 3-year old and the 20" for our 6-year old. They are almost identical except the 20" frame has a spot for a small water bottle and wider tires. They have the same brake hardware and gears. The tires are built for smooth ride on pavement with some traction for sand/dirt, but not for off-road. These are smooth riding bikes. The build quality seems top notch and most of the components look to lower the center-of-gravity of the bike as much as possible. They free-spin backwards instead of having a rear brake. This was what we were looking for to get our 6-year old to get started better with a good downward push on her power leg.

Bike is ok but pedal fell off unexpectedly

My kid like the bike but less than 2 years owning bike today the right pedal fell off. About 2 miles from home and tools. I borrowed a wrench from a passerby which probably wasn’t as good as an actual pedal wrench and it’s now back at the shop seeing if they can fix crank threads. We’re out a bike during prime start of season. Oh well
