It's out.of the way. But my inner tube makes it really tight. But not a problem. So I put all my tools in it.

Preferred this over the under-seat SWAT storage, however, the size of it prevents mounting a bottle cage mounted pump. So either you carry a tube, or you carry the pump, but not both. Will have to use the SWAT under-seat tube carrier instead.

I have used this since it came with my 2014 Epic and now have had 2 more Epic's since and I have bought a new one for each bike. I can fit a gear cable, mech hanger, 29er Turbo tube (must be turbo tube as smaller) Flat boy patches (put these in a small resealable bag or they get wet and useless) 25g Co2, SWAT Mini Co2 head, EMT Tyre lever and a dynaplug racer. It's snug, and you have to pack properly, but I don't ever intend on needing to open it!

Barely fits a full sized 29"" tube, just the tube, no co2 stuff. Its worth it to make more backpack space on long rides.

This is a great accessory for any bike that doesn't already have the SWAT opening in the frame. It's very accessible which is great for racing, and also eliminates having to fill up pockets or a hydration pack.
