Original part Fits and works great.

Used a hole punch for the adjustable cable fixations to go through the pad. Some adhesive velcro pads and it is on my non MIPS helmet. All good.
Super fit, lightweight and great ventilation.
Works exactly as well as the one that it came with. Too bad it only comes in one color.
